Changes to working conditions that accommodate someone’s neurodiversity. This can include specifying certain equipment be used, limiting duties or reducing hours of work with the goal of enabling Neurodivergent people to function in a workplace environment. This was outlined in the Equality Act 2010 which legally protects people from discrimination in the workplace and in wider society. It replaced previous anti-discrimination laws with a single Act, making the law easier to understand and strengthening protection in some situations.
